should xml2 testsuite move out of desktop?

Bug Description
The LSB 5.0 module rearranging moved the specification of libxml2 from
Desktop to Languages. One set of tests for libxml2 are still part of
desktop-test, however. Should this be moved out to be an independent
suite? The tests live in their own bzr tree (xml-test), so it would
not be terribly complicated to move. azov-xml2-tests is already a
separate suite.
This doesn't seem critical, but wanted to document the question, which
was asked earlier on irc (some sentiment in favor of splitting was
noted there)
