Bug Description

First screen after fresh install at the language input selector,
Since, it has only 'Korean' , I can't even type a letter in the search, run , input command , etc, where it needs english

So far, I researched a lot of cases for this issue
And, finally,the most reasonable choice of mine is this
'English' should be loaded by default along with 'Korean'
It makes user to be enable to input korean and english by default from the fresh install

please see the screenshot
* 영어[미국] = English

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Reviewing your log files attached to this bug report it seems that there is a problem with your installation media (CD/DVD). You can verify the integrity of the Ubuntu ISO files you downloaded by following the instructions at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/HowToMD5SUM. You might also retry your installation with new media. In the event that is is not in fact an error with your installation media please set the bug's status back to New. Thanks and good luck!

This issue was a real bug for now
It was originated from select install mode between Try ubuntu with Install Ubuntu
Try Ubuntu mode occurred this issue because of it install one language pack 'Korean' only

well, now it is as this, please see the screenshot

Ubuntu installer install the language input method , or language packs differently, for some reason, by case, arbitrarily or randomly

I hope you ubuntu team to find its reason for this issue and fix it

Anyhow, the most recommended option for korean users is the combination of "Hangul"(ibus-hangul) and "English" as the title says
As seen from the first screenshot of bug descrption's screenshot
