Bug Description
Currently pkgchk for 3.0 is written to require exactly version 3.0. A noarch
package was built which is known to touch no incompatibility between 2.0 and
3.0, and written to require lsb-core-noarch >= 2.0; this was flagged as an error
by a 3.0 pkgchk. Should this behavior be allowed? (Filed so a question
discussed on IRC isn't forgotten)
