Bug Description
To reproduce:
Open an instance of the terminal
Open a new tab
Run something in the new tab (eg. vim)
Select the other tab
Try to close pantheon terminal (click x on window title bar)
Click 'cancel' on the pop up dialog
The tab is now in an odd state with the 'exit' command stuck

I have observed "exit" or Ctrl+D not closing the tab in Luna as well. I do not use the "Close tab" dialog though.
