Bug Description

tempest.scenario.test_snapshot_pattern.TestSnapshotPattern.test_snapshot_pattern is failing on the old side of grenade (icehouse).

A quick search in logstash (message:"tempest.scenario.test_snapshot_pattern.TestSnapshotPattern.test_snapshot_pattern" AND message:"FAILED") shows this is happening mainly for the jobs:
grenade-dsvm
grenade-dsvm-neutron

It looks like this has been failing for a while

It looks like the failure is from the second instance which is created from a snapshot if the first
