Failed to build gfxboot theme

Bug Description

I tried to customise the offical ubuntu-14.04-desktop-amd64.iso image on a ubuntu 14.04 host. I have chosen only english as language, Unity as desktop and answered the other questions with yes. Before there is any possibilty to make manual changes the progress aborts. The build log is attatched

Installing libfribidi-bin DOES NOT work for 14.04-1 amd64.

However these depedencies seems to make a difference:
sudo apt-get install dpkg-dev uck
sudo apt-get source gfxboot-theme-ubuntu gfxboot
