Initialize and configure the database in OpenStack Installation Guide for Ubuntu 12.04/14.04 (LTS) - icehouse

On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS with Django 1.6.1 the SESSION_ENGINE should be something like:
SESSION_ENGINE = 'django.contrib.sessions.backends.cached_db'
Which uses ...contrib... and not ...core.cache...

You will see import error in the apache logs as well as an error page on horizon.

We will need to check if the same setting applies to the django version in ubuntu 12.04.
