Bug Description
This is a idea from Bug #970965.
In most cases you have no free sound card channel for the center Bus.
So a player with center orientation is muted.
This can be solved with an option to send the center Bus output to left and right channel.

Unfortunately this will not work as desired.
The external Mixer will Mixxx at center position 100 % Left + 100 % right.
If we add the same amount of center to left and right, we will have double volume at center position.
