Bug Description
This bug is similar to the already fixed bug 957750.
The information tool (press "i" to activate) shows a large tool area when a big tool size is chosen, but only the information from the center field is displayed. I suggest a fix similar to what was done with the starting positions and the map origin (i.e. do not allow tool sizes bigger than one).
