Module uninstalled after installing mass_editing module

DB_1:

This is really strange for me i don't know is this bug or something else bbut when i was trying to install mass_editing module it work fine and i also install magento connector but after few hours my all module stopped and magento module also stop working
and in my log file there is nthing

i have faced it firt time

DB_2:

when i intsalled it in second db without using connector module scree show installation process but after complete the installation process i didn't find it in installed module it shown undder the mid mean there is only one button (cancel install)
that mean this module is not installed but process is running but there is again no error in terminal

what is this and how to resolve this bcz i tried to install it in New DB
