Contrail UI complains of existing subnet while deleting it and replacing it with a subset of it

Build 1.10 2194

From Contrail UI,
Create a VN : 20.1.1.0/24
Then, clik Edit VN, remove the range 20.1.1.0/24, and add 20.1.1.0/29 and click Save

The UI complains about overlapping subnet even though i have removed the range 20.1.1.0/24
