Please sync python-biopython 1.43-2 from Debian unstable. Component: main. Target: Universe.

Fixes serious RC bug: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=424025

Debian changelog:

 python-biopython (1.43-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Rebuild for python-2.5 support (Closes: #424025).
