Translations for multiline strings don't appear as suggestions

Bug Description

When a non official editor adds a translation to a multiline entry, that entry is hidden as we don't show it as a suggestion. That's confusing for the users.

I was translating Hoary aboutubuntu. I saved and the day after I went back to continue, and all my translations was gone. I'm not an official translator.

Your translations are not lost, they will appear as suggestions until any official translator approves them.

Seems like we don't have (yet) any patch to show this kind of suggestions (the ones that use fields with more than one line).

We will work on this issue soon.

We show now latest suggestion added for multiline.

I'm working on a better system that will show all suggestions.

The improvements you're working on will be good, Carlos, but I think the basic problem is fixed.
