Bug Description

USB Hub doesn't mount the USB devices correctly. The Hub mounts some devices, does not mounts another and I can not insert another USB Hub inside it and agreegate USB ports. The system does not mount correctly and accurately the USB devices when using USB hubs. This is the bug.

Did you try to plug USB device to different hub port?

Indeed, lots of USB port resets in https://launchpadlibrarian.net/176813239/CurrentDmesg.txt. I suppose the port that the hub is connected to is simply unable to provide enough power for all devices on the hub, or there is a bad USB cable or other hardware problem. Please try the USB device on a different USB port that's connected directly to the computer; if the device has its own power supply, try a different cable, or a different hub to isolate the problem?
