Import Prices from Metroplex change without notice

Bug Description
The imported prices from Metroplex to the MASTER QUOTE are correct when imported and in RED. If you edit the quote or duplicate and modify the item qty It will change to the sale price to the OpenERP Level 1 Pricelist without notice and leave the line item in RED. Until a user selects a pricelist the price should not change.
Master quotes ARE red so that they know they need to update it to a new price list, Level 1 - Level 12. More impotently the price must stay the same since it would be impossible to update all the quotes at once.
