Ubuntu fails to upgrade using the "update-manager -d" command

Bug Description
Everytime I run "update-manager -d" to upgrade to 14.04 from 12.04.4 it fails. I have Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS and Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit dualbooting.
