[Errno -9] Address family for hostname not supported

In /etc/ceilometer/ceilometer.conf os_auth_url option is not configured by default to use os_auth_url = http://localhost:5000/v2.0 will appear the following error:

ERROR ceilometer.central.manager [-] Skip interval_task because Keystone error: Authorization Failed: Unable to establish connection to http://localhost:5000/v2.0/tokens

TRACE ceilometer.agent ConnectionError: HTTPConnectionPool(host='localhost', port=5000): Max retries exceeded with url: /v2.0/tokens (Caused by <class 'socket.gaierror'>: [Errno -9] Address family for hostname not supported)

# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost ubuntu
127.0.1.1 ubuntu

# The following lines are desirable for IPv6 capable hosts
::1 localhost ip6-localhost ip6-loopback
ff02::1 ip6-allnodes
ff02::2 ip6-allrouters

I cannot reproduce this problem with latest devstack and latest ceilometer, what the particular version are you using? can you export this value to OS_ENV then execute any keystone or ceilometer command like keystone user-list or ceilometer meter-list?
