Bug Description

two different headsets (BT-15K4 or plantronics voyager) both pair fine under either saucy or trusty. after pairing, under saucy, i then enter the command "pactl load-module module-bluetooth-discover" whereupon either headset appears in pavucontrol and works with linphone. under trusty, "pactl load-module module-bluetooth-discover" complains "Failure: Module initialization failed".
