writer loaded with inaccessible file menu

Bug Description

In ubuntu 14.04, if you click on the writer logo, it will load with the title bar and file menu section inaccessible by the mouse as its underneath the global bar, as can be seen in this screenshot < http://www.dedoimedo.com/images/computers_years/2014_1/trusty-vivobook-lo-hidden-up.jpg >.

Window management issue, so adding unity, closing libreoffice. Also note that on Unity the menus are exported to the global menu anyway.

Well as the title bar wasnt visible i wasnt able to drag the window into view and i doubt that the global menu gave me access to maximize the window, so i had to search around to find the necessary shortcut to do that.
