Install the Database service in OpenStack Installation Guide for Ubuntu 12.04/14.04 (LTS) - icehouse

After installing trove packages
apt-get install python-trove python-troveclient python-glanceclient trove-common trove-api trove-taskmanager.

I am unable find files
trove.conf
trove-taskmanager.conf
trove-conductor.conf

find / -name trove-taskmanager.conf shows none.

so i created all 3 files under /etc & continued with the configuration.

but during db-sync i get following error.

Could not parse rfc1738 URL from string

The first part is a duplicate of bug 1308543

I think all of the issues are related to that ubuntu packaging bug.

Could not parse rfc1738 URL from string <-- will be caused by a missing conf line
