Bug was reproduced during system tests:

Looks like some problems with test environment, what the configuration of your compute nodes?

Wasn't been able to reproduce this bug on my machine. Seems that issue is only related to used environment. Please check vm instances that are created by tests (as far as I know tests wait for result of particular actions on booted vms, so timeout may be exceeded by the reason of not responding vm). And in case of bug is still reproducing, please, provide access to environment.

Couldn't reproduce this issue locally on 358 iso, but it is still often reproduced during CI system tests. I guess it could be hardware performance issue, but I'll provide you access to the environment if it happens again.
