Redirecting to the first page after creation env in Applications panel is redundant

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in WebUI
2. Navigate to Applications panel
3. If you have enough applications, go to the second page
4. Select application and click "Add to Env"
5. Fill form and click create

Observed result:
Environment is created and user was redirected to the first page of catalog

Expected result:
User should stay in the page where he has selected application

    Return to the same AppCatalog page from the modal forms

    After modal form 'Create Environment' or 'Add Application' is closed,
    browser returns to the same page of AppCatalog it was before.

    Also change 'Add to Env' to 'Create Env' button if no current environment
    exists.
