Please check if kernel parameter "intel_iommu=off" solves the issue.
Add it with the following console command on master node:
`dockerctl shell cobbler cobbler profile edit --name bootstrap --kopts="intel_iommu=off" --in-place`

Please document the workaround in the Ops Guide (how to pass kernel parameters to nodes, and about intel_iommu specifically).

The problem exists also on a Brand new Dell R620.
The command that Miroslav proposed above solved the issue.
