search-tool: deleted files are counted in filetype count

Bug Description

Binary package hint: tracker

Steps to reproduce:
- create a file
- search for this file
- delete this file
- search again for this file and notice that the file is not shown in the result window, but it is counted.

Jamie, this is still happening with 0.6.4. Note that the summary says that the file isn't shown in the search result, but the categories counts it.

Just do
$ touch foobarbaz

Search for it. The item is displayed.

$ rm foobarbaz

Search for it. The item isn't displayet, but in Categories there is "All files (1)".
