Enhancement: Allow to disable painting of user background

Bug Description

LightDM GTK+ Greeter displays the user background if available.

I would like to disable this and show only the background which is specified in /etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf.

I think an extra option is necessary to achive this and I attach my proposed patch.

Thanks for patch but this feature was implemented 2 month ago in this branch:
https://code.launchpad.net/~lightdm-gtk-greeter-team/lightdm-gtk-greeter/user_background

It was merged to the trunk so you can test it now. Description:
