stack-abandon should be tested thoroughly.

These should be scenario tests, not api tests.

I am closing as there are tests for abandon/adopt. If someone wants anything else specific we can re-open.

There is not any activity about this bug over one year, the report is not clear on current description.
In addition, the heat patch also is abandoned now.
I mark this as invalid at this time.
