Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

1. Deploy environment (CentOS HA in my case)
2. Shut down one of the controllers
3. Delete offline node via Web UI. Node will disappear from available nodes list and environment.
4. Turn node back on
5. Node will not be re-discovered

The node boots into bootstrap and gets an IP. The agent then fails with the message "ERROR -- : execution expired"

Also, after deletion in the UI the message says "No nodes were removed. No errors occurred" even though it did remove a node from my environment.

After more testing this also occurs with nodes that are online when I delete them.

I'm marking this as invalid as I wasn't able to reproduce after the initial bug report.
