Old ironic-install documentation page should be deleted

This install page: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/install/ironic-install.html is old. It was moved to http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/deploy/install-guide.html.

We should delete the old page, so as to avoid confusion.

UPD: one more such page to delete: http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/dev/api-spec-v1.html

Also note that these pages are absent from our source, they are left somewhere on the docs server.

Apparently also old API documentation, e.g:

which is an API that doesn't exist, apparently that whole page has been replaced by:

http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/webapi/v1.html

(thanks to folks on IRC for pointing me at that)

FWIW having stale docs which look current on the official http://docs.openstack.org/ site (as opposed to the wiki, where you expect bit-rot) is not really that low priority - it's really confusing for new users, e.g I just developed a whole set of heat resources for Ironic against old API docs...

- Should I delete the install directory?
- Do you have a means to do a redirect?

This issue was fixed in the openstack/openstack-manuals 15.0.0 release.
