Bug Description
Currently, Fuel uses puppetlabs-stdlib 3.2.0. However, Fuel manifests use functions from 4.x.x such as concat, suffix. Also, puppetlabs-stdlib 4.x.x introduces a set of nice functions. RSpec test coverage is much better than 3.2.0. It's worth upgrading to 4.2.1 which is the latest stable version
