Bug Description
X2261, X2259 - In a consist with three head-end locomotives, if the cabview is switched (Ctrl-E) from the original front locomotive to the rear locomotive, the brakes (Loco and Train) do not respond.
Note -if you start the the train moving while in the 3rd loco, you cannot stop the train to transfer back to the front loco!
Releases X2167 and X2137 (the earliest that I currently have) work normally.
I have tried two different routes and two different sets of diesel locomotives - same behavior. Flipping the third loco has no effect.

Another observation: the F9 display appears to track the current active locomotive by showing its number in red. This does not appear to work (it stops changing) after the first time that the change of loco is updated.
Since the cab change works even when the screen is not displaying the cab view, having the F9 display follow the control position is useful.
