Bug Description

Just discussing with Antti, apparently there's no bug for this yet: support dual-SIMs, especially for touch.

As a user I would like to use my phone with two different carriers independently, ref. the specs described in this copiously-illustrated spec: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Networking?highlight=%28SIM%29|%28network%29#Cellular_connections .

I get the impression from conversations in Malta that dual-SIM is important for the touch target markets.

SIM Pinentry ui is updated to support this.

indicator-network now needs to make use of those features.
