[Steps]
1. after first boot video, select implified Chinese and finish the following oem-config steps.
2. log in and install Plainbox
3. execute canonical-
4. check some cases to testing
5. finish all test cases what you checked.
6. When Report page coming, select 'XLS Report(*.xlsx)' and click 'Save Report'
7. Try to open the submission.xlsx

The submission.xlsx opens nomally.
[Actual result]
1. The submission.xlsx file gets error when exported it. Please refer to screen shot.
2.The submission.xlsx file opens abnomally via libreoffice on Kylin image.
a. the file could be opened but content is nothing;
b. the file could be opened and there are unknown font encoding here.
