4.1 missing python-lesscpy for horizon CSS

Python less compiler is missing, causing 4.1 deployment to fail to set up Horizon:
./localhost/var/log/remote/node-1.test.domain.local/puppet-apply.log:2014-05-26T01:19:18.362460+00:00 err: (/Stage[main]/Horizon/Package[python-lesscpy]/ensure) change from absent to present failed: Execution of '/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install python-lesscpy' returned 1: Error: Nothing to do

Just need to add it to the ISO. Package is already on 4.1 Fuel mirror.
