Bug Description
The Pepper Flash plugin doesn't do proper full screen video.
Steps to reproduce:
Go to http://
Start the video.
Click on the fullscreen button in the video rectangle.
The video opens in a large window which still has borders etc and which doesn't hide the desktop environment stuff (the XFCE panel in my case), instead of taking over the whole screen. Basic video controls such as play and pause are missing in this window.
