This is not true, it points the user to the page to report a bug about elementary, and "About plug" is simply the first in the list (it starts with A, duh).

In my opinion this should be change back to https://bugs.launchpad.net/elementary/+filebug. The user should be able to choose the project, this makes less work for developers and the bug gets more attention. However currently switchboard-plug-about get its information from /etc/dpkg/origins, so this patch as no effect at all.

Phillip, while that was in theory what was supposed to happen, what actually happens is that people report bugs against whatever is the default in the combobox. For our case, it's the About plug since that box is sorted alphabetically.

okey, if you really thing so I'm fine with it. But then also /etc/dpkg/origins must be changed. I still don't think that users that can't choose the right project are able to report a bug that is useful and gets attention from developers.

then someone also should report a bug against launchpad, that LP should make it clear to users that they must choose a project.
