Wrong initial Export Area on Export PNG

When starting Inkscape and doing an Export PNG without altering the preset Export Area (which is "Page") the exported area is not Page.
1. Start Inkscape
2. Open file test2.svg (document size is 160x160)
3. Click File > Export PNG Image... (if the dialog is not already open)
4. The preset Export area is "Page" but the width and height does not match. (See attached screen dump)
5. Click Export as... to choose export location and file name
6. Click Export
7. The Exported PNG is done according to the "Custom" x0, x1 ,y0 ,y1 ,Width, and Height settings. Not according to the "Page" setting

Please let me know if you want svg input file.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape trunk revision 13395. The export dialog is set to Page but uses the custom values.
Not reproduced with Inkscape 0.48.4.

This is fixed in 1.1.

In 1.0.2, it depends on whether the Export dialog is opened before or after the file is opened. There actually seem to be a few different ways of opening the file that trigger incorrect dimensions, but since it's fixed in 1.1, let's close.
