Focus for Nautilus wrong when launched from docky

Bug Description
This happens on Ubuntu and Ubuntu Gnome 14.04 clean install.
If I launch a terminal terminal from docky and then launch a docky file (nautilus) app, the nautilus window opens behind the terminal window. If I launch nautilus from a desktop launcher this does not happen. It's the same thing using plank.
For what its worth, the problem does not exist with the Cairo dock.
