Require valid-user does not work.

In order to get the code to compile it appears the section of code related to require valid-user has essentially been commented out which seems to break the valid-user configuration option. You may want to look at the modifications made in https://github.com/richp10/apache2-mod_auth_memcookie-1.0.3 and apply them to this code to reeanable this functionality. Other portions of the code may also be broken such as groups.

the package need to be update to last version, that support apache 2.4 and libmemcached (in place of the old libmemcache).
