1. Create new environment (Ubuntu, simple mode)
2. Choose GRE segmentation
3. Choose Ceilometer installation
4. Add controller, compute, cinder+mongo
5. Move to tab "OpenStack settings"
6. Checkbox for Ceilometer is disable
7. If you delete role 'mongo' checkbox become enable
