Bug Description

EG 2.4.1 (might affect newer versions I have not tested yet)
OSRF 2.2.1
Stock OPAC template

We have a bib with 12 part level holds and 1 title level hold. The OPAC says that it only has 1 hold. "1 current hold with 3 total copies. ". That is misleading.

I think this is what is needed to add part holds to the count properly (and fix a bug that I am not sure we actually see any issue from currently on the metarecord side).

Barely tested (it runs, I get counts, I didn't verify the counts are correct).

Looks good to me. I checked several records after loading the patches, and, in each case, the catalog was accurately counting the total parts, title, and copy level holds.
