"Message received" doesn't always play when previewing #43 mako

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce
Open system settings
Tap Sound
Tap Message Received
Tap a sound a few times
Tap a different sound
Tap the first sound again a few times
Expected behaviour
It always plays the sound you choose
Actual behaviour
It only sounds the first and maybe second time. Subsequent presses do not sound.

For me in 14.10 r22, a sound always plays when it was not already selected, but never plays when it is already selected. Is that what you see too, Alan? If so, this might be a toolkit bug, if radio lists aren't returning any signal when the currently selected item is re-selected.
