Genius Pressure Tablet Losing prefs

I have genius i405x pen tablet. It works fine with inkscape 0.48,0.481-1,0.481-2 after I set it up in prefrences.
The problem is when I close inkcsape and open second time then it loses its pressure sensitivity.
I can see the device in preferecnces.
It only works again if I restart my PC and use it wihtout closing it.
I also get the same problem with gimp
My config
OS : Windows 7 64-bit Home Premium,
 Processor:core-i7
I tried this on Lubuntu but it worked fine no problems.
