Compiz Plugin scaleaddon not working

The Scale Addon plugin is not working.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open ccsm
2. Enable scaleaddon
3. Go to "Appearance" > "Window Title" > "Window Title Display" and set anyone of the 3 options ("All windows", "Highlighted windows only", "No display").
4. Now when using the Scale plugin no title is displayed at windows.
5. After that, if you run "compiz --replace", the Window Title always display at "Highlighted windows" when using the Scale plugin (very annoying).
