SON models as well as many other models get an error message, when the copy-paste is used

- create SON, create a condition
- copy and paste it to get an error message, that the condition does not have a name

It may be unrelated to the hierarchical reference manager. I saw a similar problem in CPOG model, when a vertex was copied which had a condition assigned (see bug #1288336). The reason is that when copying a selection, first the inverse of that selection is removed and the remaining portion is serialised. As a result, a node which was not initially selected, but is referenced from a selected node may get removed.

the problem is related to the reference manager at least in some models. In CPOG there is something additional to fix.
