wrong lobby/shell resolution in 960x600

If you have a 16:10 monitor like 1440x900 or 1280x800, you can choose smaller resolution 960x600 in the game settings. This resolution should only take effects when you are playing a mission or skirmish, as the lobby/shell is fixed at 800x600. However, if you finish or quit the battle and return to the lobby/shell, you will stay in 960x600, not return to the fixed 800x600. It seems that the controls think they are in 800x600, while the background think it is in 960x600.

This bug doesn't cause any trouble except ugliness, so I think the priority should be low.

Once upon a time I was faced with this error. This happens not only with 960x600. Also, this bug has already been mentioned on the Launchpad (I can not find it), I remember someone was not able to confirm.

Sadly its status is Won't Fix, so one can not find the bug only using the simple search.
Can somebody reopen/merge these two bugs please? The critical requirement for this bug to reappear seems to be width being 600 and height not being 800, like 1024 or 960.

Not weight but width. Weight in kg/pounds/whatever and width iss sm/mm/m/miles/km
