Bug Description

Every time i reboot my computer or it wakes up from suspend , Bluetooth becomes re-enabled.
It must be disabled after reboot if it is disabled before reboot.

OS :- Ubuntu 14.04 (64 bit)

uname -r :- 3.13.0-24-generic

This appears to me as an indicator bug, or related to rfkill switches, reassigning...

Could you please verify if there is a file called /var/lib/rfkill/saved-state on your system, and if so, attach it to this bug?
