Bug Description
Permissive licenses do not explicitly agree to redistribution of binaries when the person who is distributing the binary is not the same person who compiled the binary.
The PPA terms of use should appropriately be updated to point this out in case a owner decides to redistribute a binary produced by launchpad, but mirror'd elsewhere.
