Need increase timeout for sahara test in system test run

When All threads of test runs on CI - loads grows. That leads to situation when some of checks take a longer time that we expect in single run.
In http://jenkins-product.srt.mirantis.net:8080/view/0_0_swarm/job/master_fuelmain.system_test.centos.services/55/#showFailuresLink savanna test failed by timeout(we set 10*60) but It pass after snapshot reverting and takes near 15 minutes, (min value is 12 minutes)
