Certificates for PKI in OpenStack Cloud Administrator Guide - current

This document stays to copy over only the 3 file over to the cert directory.

this does not work. I tested many time.

You need to copy the whole ssl directly with in keystone over to the partner keystone nodes with in the management clusters.

from what i seen the private folder need to have the private key not the cert.

    Added verbiage elaborating on what files are needed for pki_setup.

    Further explained what is needed and needing copied when setting
    this up.
