[devops] Fuel CI incorrectly puts -1 for centos & ubuntu (stable/4.1)

It is almost 100% likely caused by issues in build, not in code. Let's research it.

This was a misconfiguration in probing job (it used master branch instead of stable/4.1). It is fixed now.

So I've regenerated environments on all fuel-jenkins{123} servers and run those fixed probing jobs on each of them. They all were successfull.

Now I'll retrigger all failed test in last few days, and if something fails, it should be addressed individually.
